Cllr Clayton Spanswick is married to Cllr Diane Spanswick and they have two grown-up children. He has lived in the village of his life and is semi-retired. Cllr Spanswick is committed to the community and is a past and present Secretary of the Community Association. |
| Cllr Petty is active in many aspects of the community. She is a Governor at Ysgol y Ferch o’r Sger and Chairperson of South Cornelly Residents’ Association. She has also involved herself in numerous charity events over the years and is a member of the Kenfig Trust and a member of the Quarry Liaison Committee. |

Cllr D Spanswick |
Cllr Diane Spanswick is married to Cllr Clayton Spanswick and they have two grown-up children. Diane has lived in the village from the age of 6 and since retiring from the pharmaceutical industry, she has become Chair of the local jazz band, a school governor and a member of the Community Association. She is a firm believer in the community and in engaging young and old to make Cornelly a better place to live. |
Cllr Mari Bevan is a retired nurse and she has lived on the Marlas estate for the past 37 years raising three daughters and one son. Cllr Bevan is involved in running the Community Centre and Public Hall and she has been Chair of the Community Association for the past three years. |
